Cancellation policy
Wreath Supply Box is operated by DecoExchange. It's a monthly subscription full of wreath-making supplies.

Prices include US shipping. Tax is calculated at checkout.
Spots are limited each month. If the box is full, join the waitlist.
Active subscribers can also shop members-only past signs and door hangers. You lose that access once your subscription is cancelled.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed on the 15th of each month for the next box.
Your first box: you're charged for your first box when you sign up. After that, you're charged automatically on the 15th. If you sign up between the 1st and the 14th, your next charge is on the 15th of that same month.
If a payment fails, we'll retry it and let you know. If we can't collect the payment, your subscription may be cancelled.
Managing your subscription
Log in to your account at wreathsupplybox.com to open your subscription portal. From there you can:- Skip a month. A skip only works before that month's order is created, so please skip early.- Update your card.- Change your shipping address. If you pay with PayPal, Shop Pay, or Apple Pay, please also update the address in that payment account.- Pause your subscription.- Switch tiers. You can move between Standard, Deluxe Signs, Deluxe Door Hangers, and Max at any time.
Price changes
If your subscription price is going to change, we'll email you at least 30 days before it takes effect.
Cancelling
You can cancel through your account or by emailing info@decoexchange.com.- If you cancel after you've been billed for the month, that box will still ship, and it'll be your last one.- Cancelled subscriptions can't be reinstated. If you'd like to come back, you're always welcome to sign up again at wreathsupplybox.com when spots are open.
Annual plan
If you cancel before your first box ships, we'll cancel the plan and refund your payment. Once your first box has shipped, the annual plan can't be refunded.
Returns
Boxes are mystery boxes, so there are no returns or refunds. We replace damaged items. Details are in our Refund Policy.
