There are FOUR options for the Wreath Supply Box Subscription. The Standard and the Deluxe.

• What's in the box? Standard: Inside this monthly box is fun, cute, seasonally relevant wreath supplies that retails for $80-$90. (Scroll down to see a few examples of previous boxes) Deluxe: Inside this monthly box will include the standard plus 5 additional bonus signs that were designed and printed inhouse by DecoExchange, Inc.
• How much does each box cost? Standard: Inside this monthly box is fun, cute, seasonally relevant wreath supplies that retails for $80-$90. (Scroll down to see a few examples of previous boxes) Deluxe: Inside this monthly box will include the standard plus 5 additional bonus signs that were designed and printed inhouse by DecoExchange, Inc. Deluxe Doorhanger: Inside this monthly box will include the standard plus 3 additional wooden doorhangers that were designed and printed inhouse by DecoExchange, Inc. MAX: Inside this monthly box will include the standard plus 5 additional bonus signs plus 3 wooden doorhangers that were designed and printed inhouse by DecoExchange, Inc.
• How much does each box cost? The Standard box has a retail value that averages around $85.  Your cost will be $60 plus tax. The Deluxe box has a retail value that averages around $145.   Your cost will be $94.95 plus tax. The Deluxe Doorhanger box is 96.95$. The Max box is 124.95$.
• When will I be charge for the box? You will be charged for your first box today and then charged every month on the 15^th automatically.  Failure to keep your payment information up to date will result in your subscription being cancelled.  Note: if you purchase a box between the 1st and 14th of the month, you will still be charged again on the 15^th of the same month.
• When do I get my box? Each box usually ships week of the 7th of each month. You will receive an email notification that includes the tracking information when your box is being packed for shipping. Please allow additional time for your box to be picked up for shipping.
• How often will I get a box? Boxes are shipped monthly until changed or cancelled.
• Is shipping included in the price? Yes, shipping is included in the price.
• Is the box a wreath kit? The box subscription is NOT a wreath kit - each box is a special surprise that occurs every month.
• I love the products in the box - where can I get more? We have individual supplies listed on www.wsbextras.com for purchase, if available.
• I got XYZ in the box but I'm not sure what to do with it, any advice? Check out howtomakewreaths.com/blog for free tutorials and ideas!
• How do I change my address? Customer addresses are managed directly in your Account on wreathsupplybox.com - You can also email info@damonoates.com for more help.
• Can I cancel my box? Yes, you just need to email us at Info@damonoates.com or you can cancel it manually through wreathsupplybox.com - Payments are made 1 month in advance. If you make a payment and then cancel, you will still receive the next month’s box.
• Can I return or replace the contents of my box? No, Boxes can be cancelled at any time, but we do not offer refunds or replacements on contents of the box nor do we accept returns.
• How do I make a change to my Address or Update my Payment? Email us at Info@damonoates.com with your new address only of where you will like your box shipped to and for information on how to update your payment.

• Are the boxes available for international customers? Unfortunately, at this time the boxes are only available in the US and Canada.
